We dispatch orders from our local warehouse in London, UK. For orders outside of the UK, we do not charge local taxes and VAT, henceforth, you may require to pay import duty upon importing your order. By placing international order, you will accept terms and conditions with regards to import duty according to the value of your order.

UK Delivery Options & Fees:

• Express (2-3 Days) - £4.95
• Royal Mail Signed (1-2 Days) - £7.95
• Royal Mail Next Business Day: £11.95
• Cutoff Time for Next Business Day: 3pm
• Monday to Thursday

International Delivery:

• DHL Shipping: 3-5 Days (Allow up to 5 Working Days for Import Clearance requirements). Prices vary by destination.

Note: Orders placed before 4 pm GMT (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

We trust you are satisfied with your Bella purchases. However, if you need to return something, you have 14 days from the date of your parcel's arrival. You must ensure items are unopened, in original packaging, with hygiene seals untouched. For UK returns, use our courier service for free. For international returns, please use a tracked package or postal service. Kindly note that return shipping for items outside the UK is at your cost.
